moving gb 10.0.1 files to trash or to new folder

never had these problems before

OS 10.9.1

moving GB 10.0.1 or old files to trash

or to newly created folders

using the mouse right clicking will cause a message window

to open

and the blue white stripe move continuously and it wont move to trash

i need to force quit the finder relaunch

moving a file manually to the trash seems to work

this is a major BUG !!!!!!!!!!!
