I have an iPhone 5. Incoming calls on viber don't ring. All other functions fine and I have received calls on viber..

Check in Settings > Notification Center to see if there is anything that would be preventing it from making noise or within the App itself. You may also need to just delete the app and reinstall it and see if that resolves the issue.
