I received an email to renew my subscription. Then, after checking my bank account I noticed they charged me 24.99 three times. I'm upset with iTunes for debating my account without my permission. Then, trying to find someone to help me straighten this matter is impossible. Frustrated!

Assuming that this is for iTunes Match based on the amount, then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
