Can we upload a purchased movie to Dropbox?
How can we move purchased movies from the iPad to save memory space. What are the options?

Transfer them to a computer, or to an external hard drive through a computer. I would not trust any Cloud service. Don't rely upon Apple to always have them available for repeat download. That is a convenience feature but if the distributor removes it from the Store then it is gone for repeat downloads and the only copy you will have is what you stored yourself.
