Q: Playlist management in iTunes Match

I have spent quite a bit of time creating a playlist for my wife who is running in her first marathon race this weekend.  After getting the list done the first time, I thought I was updating iTunes Match with the song list and order but instead it downloaded the old list with just a couple of songs down and erased my work.  I have the list recreated and renamed and am trying to upload it to iTunes Match. All of the songs are already part of the iTunes Match library.  I just need this latest playlist.  But, even after updating iTunes Match, I get the list as it was hours ago.  Can someone give me some instructions to follow.  I know its me but I am a little frustrated because of the lost time spent on this important task I want to do for her big race.  Thanks in advance for your help!!!!
