    Cảm ơn AnaMusic: nhưng tôi đã khôi phục nhưng rất tiếc không thấy được ID tài khoản của người chủ cũ để gửi E-mail xác nhận thông tin, vì apple đã không cho tôi thấy ID, tôi đã sai lầm khi không tắt và nhớ được ID  icloud, giờ tôi phải làm gì để thấy được ID và liên hệ với người chủ cũ, xin hãy giúp tôi, cảm ơn bạn AnaMusic.

    Xin lỗi .. nhưng không có gì bất cứ ai ở đây có thể làm và Apple sẽ không / không thể hỗ trợ với điều này là.

     

    Nếu bạn không thể liên hệ với chủ sở hữu của Apple ID đã được sử dụng để kích hoạt điện thoại ... nó sẽ không thể được sử dụng.

     

    Xin lôi.

     

    Sorry.. but there is nothing anyone here can do and Apple will not/cannot assist with this.

     

    If you cannot contact the Owner of the Apple ID that was used to Activate the phone... it will not be able to be used.

    Tôi có 1 ID là cho IPhone 5

    Hiện tại tôi bị hack mất mật khẩu ID, và bị xóa dữ liệu Iphone từ xa.

    tôi đã dùng email để khôi phục lại mật khẩu ID mà không nhận được email

    để khôi phục

    tôi phải làm thế nào để lấy lại password ID
