Ipod Touch 5th generation

My Ipod touch 5th generation does not come up on my computer or my itunes, it won't even charge when it is connected to the computer, I can not sync any of my music.

It was previously on another computer, so i restored factory settings and tried to sync with the new computer and it wont come up.

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 7.0.4

I would start with

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

or

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

Run this to help if it identifies the cause

Have you tried on another computer to help determine if you have a computer or iPod problem?
