Itunes will not launch
Itunes will not launch. I recently installed windows xp sp3 . It worked fine before insatlling adobe flash. now i get an error

i have tried the following:
uninstalling flash
installing older versions of itunes
changing user account
cmd regsvr32 gdiplus.dll
updating graphic drivers
fixing the .net framework
cleaning the registry
