I want to buy gems for the Clash of clans app, but it says i canoot buy them because it cant connect to the i tunes store. i tried turning off the app and redownloading the app . what can i do?

First, I would run through the recommended troubleshooting steps for issues connecting to the iTunes Store here:

Also, I would double check and make sure that your iPhone will allow in-app purchases:
Go to Settings > General > Restrictions and check that In-App Purchases is ON.

This did not solve my problem. i keep getting this message " your purchase could not be completed" "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/."
Cant connect to itunes store to purchase in game gems.
