    Hi

There are a number of things about your post which are just 'wrong'. Firstly you should not post serial numbers on a publicly accessible forum. Secondly this is the wrong forum for your question and thirdly the second serial number you listed is for a unit that has been replaced. On that basis and assuming I've understood everything else you're saying correctly then you don't get another year's warranty for an in-warranty replacement.

To explain this further let's pretend your original iPad was 4 months old when it was damaged and subequently replaced with another iPad. The replacement would only have 8 months of the original 12 months warranty left. It does not magically acquire another 12 months.

Sorry, my english is not good so I dont understand clearly. I will follow your help.  I give you more information. The original has 2 years warranty and it was 8 months old. When it was damaged it had 16 months of warranty but the replacement has 4 monthsof warranty so it lost 12 months. Thanks Tony.

    Hi

Thank you for the clarification and I think I understand. It sounds as if your question is really about Applecare. In which case contact Apple using the number listed for your location here:

    http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

and discuss the problem with them as these forums are user-to-user and your question goes beyond what can be resolved here.
