Can't redownload Pages on iPad

I first download Pages from AppStore on iPad. I delete the app before finishing download. Now when I re-download, the Pages app doesn't appear on my homescreen. I can't download the app. What do I do?

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

You may want to try force closing all open apps and resetting the device as an initial troubleshooting step. Take a look at the articles below for more information.

It is possible that it already is downloaded and that it hides in some folder where you did not expect it. Browser around. Use the search function. See if you have a settings panel for Pages in Settings.
