purchase problem

Hi i 've wanted to upgrade my game to the full game of Reaper : a tale of a pale swordsman. so i clicked on purchase and then it ask my nick and pass , then the mac app store opened asking me the secret questons but do nothing, it stand with blank page. it isn't freeze because i can change to category, update and other stuff but can't answer questions to buy the game, what can i do??
