Labels on Find My Friend.

My wife and I share our contacts over the iCloud, we have a iPhone 4, iPhone 4s and an iPad. However only the iPhone 4 displays our friends' label with their photo from our contacts file, does anyone know why and how do I make it the same on each machine? Thanks in anticipation.
