When I start to type in a website address the text is white and I can't tell what I am typing in. Is there a way to fix this? My browser is Mozilla and I am on a Macbook Pro. OS X 10.9.1

Does the same occur with Safari?
Try Firefox>Preferences>Content>Fonts & Colors...
color of text in address bar is white
