I dropped my iPhone 4 in icing on the end with the speakers. When people call me they can't hear me. I can hear them, but I have noticed all my sounds (i.e. ringtones) being quieter. what can i do?

Clean out the speaker and microphone grills on the bottom of the phone. Note that the left grill is the microphone and the right is the speaker.
