Notes app crashing

Guys my notes app for ipad 2 is crashing or not working, I rebooted it turned it off and closed it and still crashes, my soft wear is ios 7.0.4 how do I fix it

Oh and by the way it's the notes app that the ipad comes with. Not some random app I got off App Store

Oh and I also bought an iTunes card and it it doesn't show the amount of money I put in, I bought a 15.00$ iTunes card and if I try and use it again It I redeemed it

Could you help?

Try resetting all settings of your iPad by going to Reset under General Settings.

If it doesn't help , Check whether Notes is On in Settings > iCloud , And if it is On , turn it Off and select Keep on the iPad when prompted (Make Sure you keep on the iPad when Prompted).

Reboot the device and check again.

If problem Persists you might need to contact Apple and get help.
