How can I completely reset keychain?

I can't access any mail, facetime, imessage or icloud because of keychain problems... I don't know what's going on! i forgot my password and reset it and then my macbook required a keychain password. I did not know what it was so I clicked the option to change it to my computer password. However, it then rquested my to sign into a local keychain access thing and I don't know what this is so I cannot access anything 😟
