Why do I lose money from my iTunes/App store account?

I have checked all of my purchase history and I checked how much money I have put in to my account. I only add money using gift cards and I noticed that several bucks are missing.. When I looked yesterday I had 18 seks (swedish currency) and today I had 3 :'(
