Why are there "unknown title" entries in radio station details?

Several of my stations have had the album art go missing and in checking this out I noticed that the top entry in the station details under "play more like this" has the "note symbol" and says "unknown title" next to it, also there is no way of deleting it. This is the one that is directly below the + symbol to "Add Artist, Song, or Genre". This error is reflected consistently across all my devices, Mac, Phone, and PC. As far as I can tell this does not affect station play and is more of an aesthetic/oranizational annoyance.
