I need to set up separate Apple ID's for business and personal use. Any easy way to do that??

Not sure I'm following? Go to Manage your Apple ID and create one ID with your personal email and one with your work email: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
Am I missing something?

Use your work email address when you create one, and your home email address when you create the other.
Apple will have no idea they're actually for the same person. And it doesn't have to know.
I followed the link but there is no option to set up a separate ID. How do you set up a separate one with work email - do you have to not log in? so not actually managing your account because you are creating a new one that is not linked to your account - right?

No, it would be two different processes. Set one up, the go back and set the next one up. This is probably a better link: https://appleid.apple.com/account
