Q: Why can't I get group messages? My switch for group messages is already on, and I have the IPhone 5s.

I can not get group messages from my family, and I've look up ways to see how I can start getting them. They said to go to the Message settings and turn on Group messages. The thing is, my switch is already been on and I still can't get the group messages. Can you guys help me?!! Please!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

settings - message - mms messaging - on.

or you can call your phone carrier and ask.

What, what do you mean figure out your carrier... How did you activate your phone?

Anyways on your phone it should say who the carrier is. You can google search the number or look at your phone bill.

If you're under 18 ask your parents to make the call.
