my ipad wont turn on i have tried all the tricks, if i reset with itunes will i lost all my pictures?

Try reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.

If the reset doesn't work, you can try restore iPad (data will be lost)
