Video Rendering Error: 60 (Compressor 4.1)

I've recently purchased the Compressor (version 4.1) to have better control over video shared from Final Cut Pro.

Unfortunately, I cannot get my project rendered, as all attempts result in a failure with a message: "Video Rendering Error: 60".

I can share a "master file" for the project directly from Final Cut Pro without issues.

Any ideas what this "Error: 60" could mean?

I use Mavericks and FCPX10.1.

The source footage comes from AVCHD cameras (H.264 video + AC3 audio).

The target format is H.264.

Thanks in advance,

I'm having the exact same issue. The camera used was a Panasonic GH2 which is from where the bulk of the fottage is , but there is some footage from Canon 600D as .mov files.

No issues exporting/sharing directly from Final Cut (10.0.9). But Compressor 4.1 does not work for. The workflow I am using is from Final Cut Pro-> Send to Compressor-> Create DVD and I get the same error "Video Rendering Error: 60".

I have a mixed footage from Panasonic SD800 and Sony Alpha 57.

I haven't yet tried the native MTS support in Final Cut and my workflow include rewrapping MTS to MOV in ClipWrap. I don't transcode neither audio nor video at that point. Then I operate on proxy media in FCPX.

The "Error: 60" is not immediate. It occurs after 2-5 hours of transcoding in Compressor.

I've just tried exporting small part from the beginning and small part at the end. First containing footage from one camera, second from the other. Both with success...

I've also discovered there was discussion on this topis (and on some others as well):

The problem must be complex... I'm hopeless...
