Q: My Viber Doesn't Work

Hello,

 

I am experiencing problems in using my Viber app. As it shows up as disconnected all day long, I deleted the app, restarted my phone and installed Viber again. When I tried to activate it, a "No Service" message saying that there is a problem connecting to Viber service and that I should check my connection. My internet connection is absolutely fine and all other apps on my phone are working. I am using iPhone 4S with iOS 7.0.4. Could you please advice what is the issue and how could I resolve it?
