apple tv slide show display

apple tv slide show display shows 1 to 4 photos, I prefer one at a time. I found adjustment for time interval in iphoto but can't find adjustment for my display/format issue.

AppleTV 2, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Welcome to the Apple Community.

The settings for slideshows are found in the slideshow section on the Apple TV, not in iPhoto.

Thank you for your welcome and prompt response.

On apple tv, I see Slide Show button, and underneath that Settings, and under that Themes. Is this the right settings section, and if so which one do I use.

Yes, themes is what you want, it sounds like you might want to try Ken Burns or Classic first.
