Q: Airprint Problems using wifi with canon printer

i have a canon mg3250 pixma airprint printer i have installed all the relevant software thay it came with and its showing online on the BT home hub but i cannot get it to print from and apple product phone or ipad. the printer is all lit up and receiving wireless signal but to no avail! HELP before i chuck it out the window please

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

i have done everything that canon and apple suggest..... all apple products when i select to print say searching for printers and then i get no air printers found!

Its so frustrating as my laptop is printing happily from the kitchen to the printer in the lounge so its clearly all on the same network i just cant get the apple products to pick it up when they are running off the same wifi connection.

Try a reset, no data loss. hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

Then check and see if you can print from your phone.
