I have recently installed Windows 7 on my Macbook Pro via bootcamp. But I have one problem, my external hard drives and USB's don't show up when I connect them. They power up and everything once connected, but they aren't visible in my computer. I have a USB mouse conected which works fine, but I just can't seem to use any of my USB drives or external hard drives. Even the ones which are formatted for windows computers. Please help!

Did you install the Windows support drivers from Apple?
I have experienced this when different drives are connected. You need to use Disk Management to assign a drive letter. Right click the volume (drive) you want to work with and select Change Drive Letter and Path. Then select a letter not in use. Click OK. If it is a Windows formatted drive it should appear.

You could also use Paragon HSF+ for windows to access any Mac formatted drives.
Yes all the support drivers are installed..
THey don't appear under Disk Management. Only the internal harddrive partitions.. :/
I am downloading Paragon HSF now, so have yet to try that out. Thanks for your replies anyway
