ive lost my invoice of my Macbook Pro 17" that a bought in late 2011

Hi,


ive dropped my Macbook Po 17" in to Apple in Exeter Devon for repair ,after a new HHD Drive was fitted,but still showing Gray screen and still unable

to reboot(log on) ive been asked for proof of purchase (invoice) but unable to find..ive been in contact with the company i bought in from and had a email back saying 10 hrs/10 day for responce .....this doen't help me when i just want it repaired..ive given my account details and i REG the laptop online with apple when i bought it but still no good..it also shows up in my many devices...just bought a new 15" retina from same company as the 1st in 2011 so its not stolen plz can any1 help
