    Yes...

     

    The ISBN number applies to  one book and one version.

     

    BUT  that only applies if  you  are selling from a location/ online store that requires an ISBN.

     

    Apple no longer require eBooks submitted to the iBooks Store to have an ISBN but accept if included during the delivery process- and if accepted apply normal ISBN formalities.
