iphone don't show the opened tabs on my ipad

on my iphone safari not showing me the open panels ipad .. all the settings are correct and I have not even restored the apple support has been able to answer the phone rather attacked

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

Go through the troubleshooting steps in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5372. In particular, make sure you have Safari turned on in Settings>iCloud on both devices, and that you haven't enabled private browsing on your iPad.
