Q: I bought 2 Raining Gems on Growtopia on Dec 24. I did not get them. I have reported the problem on at least 5 separate occasions. I can not find a phone number to talk to anyone. Has anyone else experienced problems with iTunes and Growtopia?
I have not tried this before so if I am doing it wrong, please let me know and I will fix it.
I have purchased 2 sets of It's Raining Gems for my son as a Christmas present. We had a problem with the internet that day and we did not get them. I figured that the system was overloaded on Dec 24 and that it would eventually catch up. I did not mean to buy it twice but the first one did not go through, or so I thought, so I did it again. I did not get either one of them but my account was debited for both of them. I have reported the problem multiple times and have not received any kind of response from iTunes.
What should I do?
