How do I obtain certification that I can meet the MFiT spec?

For years, I've been mastering in such a way that the vast majority of the work I do already complies with the MFiT spec. I understand there's a whitelist of mastering houses who meet this. I'd like to know how to go about getting on this illustrious list. I understand the tech side very well - it's not that hard, but what I can't do is find out what to do about it!

Can anyone tell me who I should speak to?
