Question: reset my iphone 4s to factory settings without passcode

I've forgot my passcode, but I still want to reset my phone to factory settings using my computer, how can I do that, without my passcode?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled

i just did this and it worked great

it might help you also

though this is hard reseting it, you will lose everything

It works!!

The first time I tried it, iTunes asked me for passcode of a locked device, but then I tried resetting again and it worked!
