Bootcamp on macbook air 2013 with thumb drive

i did all the steps i had to do to get windows on my thumb drive now when i go to bootcamp on my air it asks for an iso file which i cant find. can someone help me out with this please. i can load windows 7 as bootable and it shows the start screen but i cant use the mouse or keyboard.
