MBP: How to Connect 2 DVI Monitors to Thunderbolt

I have 8 great 24" monitors sitting around but they are all DVI or HDMI.

My MBP is 15" from mid 2013, with a Thunderbolt port.

I bought a Thunderbolt to DVI adapter and run one DVI monitor just fine. But I know Thunderbolt supports daisy chaining. What's the best way to connect and daisy chain DVI monitors to Thunderbolt? I'd love 3 externals, but 2 would be good, too.

I guess I need a Thunderbolt passthrough to act as the first and second monitor, and put a TB to DVI adapter there?

I've seen a few setups with 3 external TB monitors, but haven't seen how to do the DVI passthrough.

thank you
