I cannot find a TV-Shows tab in ITunes Store Mac

As you can see, this is a screenshot that I took of my itunes store. If you look at the top, there is the bar that shows the different kinds of things you can buy. According to people, there is supposed to be a TV-Shows tab on the bar, but it will not appear. I can only see movies, music, etc. Can you please help tell me how to put the TV-shows bar on top? THANKS!
