Why am i getting this warning triangle with this message adobe flash player " does not support the highest level of security for safari plug ins in manage security settings

Please can someone tell me why I am getting this warning triangle in manage website settings with the worrying message ; adobe flash player " does not support the highest level of security for safari plug ins see below and also why I am seeing a warning triangle saying The Google safe browsing service is unavailable No updates for 16 days, using Maverick 10.9.1

Any help or advice will be very much appreciated/
