Q: I can not turn my Ibookg4laptop on?  it will make the sound to come on, and then it beeps and a white light comes on in the front?

Trying to get my old laptop to turn on?  It makes the start up sound, then beeps and a light comes on in the front?

iBook, Mac OS X (10.5.5)
