Phone does not ring
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
check the silent switch on the side of the phone by the volume buttons

If that doesn't work then go to settings> sounds because now the default is not to change it with button so that volume for notifications such as phone calls and messages
It is not a problem with the sounds. It is an intermittent problem only with incoming calls. Sometimes it will ring and other times not. It is not dependent on location. Happens even in good reliable signal areas. Has been getting worse over the last 2 weeks.
So you can't hear your ringtone?
