Q: I have forgotten my security questions. I have requested to reset my security answers and it sends to my email and I never get the email to reset or get my security info

I need help retrieving my security answers. I recently purchased a new iPad and cannot use my iTunes account without having my security answers that I forgot. When I request the info to be sent to my email I never get them. Any suggestions ?

I am having the same issue not in any e mails or junk mail so I can't reset security questions, so I can't purchase from the aps store.
