My iPhone 5 continues to remind me my iCloud Backup has not been performed for 23 (or more) weeks. My settings are fine (iCloud Backup is ON), yet the "Back Up Now" function does not respond when tapped. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks Jacinta
