Ipod Exploded how do i get a refund ??

Hello to all ,

i have an old Ipod my seriel number is 4j440a81ps9 model number A1059 , i was at the gym and it started to Sis and it kept skipping loads of tracks then all was fine , the next day i was at the gym again and it went pop no major damage but refused to turn on.

I then opened up the ipod to see inside and nothing seemed to be out of place , could someone please help me to see where i send this to get it replaced swapped looked into ?
