With Mac OS X 10.6.8, you should be able to use the Apple wireless keyboard available in the Apple Store, you can see it online at their site, or a retail store, authorized reseller, etc should have it. This is one like what ships with a new iMac and does not have the extended size with numerical keys on the end; it is compact aluminum.

System Requirements:

Mac OS X v.10.6.8 or later//Existing keyboard and mouse for initial set up//Pad; Bluetooth-enabled Mac computer//Aluminum Keyboard Software Update 2.0

Other brands may be OK, so long as the keyboard is seen by the system in the Mac.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
