When i trying to add a IPA file to ProfileManager I get this error " A server Error has Occured, Please relaod the webpage and try again

When I am updating our in-house enterprise app I'm using Profilemananger and adding the ipa file.

I got this error "A Server Error has Occured, Please reload the webpage and try agin"

I Have nerver had this problem befor

OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
