SYSTEM PREFERENCES STUCK ON ICLOUD PANE

I cannot unfreeze the system preference box that has stuck on icloud, can anyone help

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Hit command-option-escape, select System Preferences in the list and click the 'Force Quit' button. I should then reboot your Mac.
