I got a email saying per my request my iCloud storage amt has been downgraded?? I havnt changed anything, do I need to call someone?

Why did I get a email saying that my iCloud storage has been downgraded per my request? I didn't change anything that I know of?

iPhone 5, iOS 7

Welcome to the Apple community Jim.

Contact AppleCare (or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
