Jan 15, 2014 8:04 AM in response to DebMBby cjr,If you were a Mobile Me user before Apple discontinued the service, you received a much larger storage capacity as part of your membership. As Apple phased out that service and transitioned Mobile Me (a paid service) to iCloud, it extended the extra storage capacity of Mobile Me members at no charge for a year. Unfortunately, when you reach that point, your free storage drops to the iCloud default amount, triggering the email notification you received.
