Q: Hardware Virtualization enabled (rMBP 13" 2013)

I need hardware virtualization (VT-x) enabled on Windows 8 for Hyper-V to work properly, but it seems to be disabled outside Mac OS. How can I permanently enable it with EFI (how I'd love a BIOS right now) ? Is it even possible?

I'm on a retina Macbook Pro 13" from late 2013.
