iTunes stopped automatically syncing purchased music from iPhone

Even after the iOS7 update, iTunes had been automatically adding the music that I purchased from my iPhone to the library. But now, it seem to have stopped on doing that and I don't really know why.

My phone is an iPhone 4s and I use iTunes with my Windows laptop. I have iOS7 currently on my phone. My iTunes is version 11.1.3.8

I want to figure out how to put it back to automatically sync music to library.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7

Hey cyannie,

Thanks for the question. Let’s check your iTunes Store preferences to make sure that Automatic Downloads are enabled:

iTunes Store: How to enable Automatic Downloads

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4539

Enabling Automatic Downloads on your computer

1. Open iTunes.

2. If you haven't already, authorize your computer for use with your Apple ID by choosing Store > Authorize This Computer. Learn more about iTunes Store authorization.

3. For Mac computers: Choose iTunes > Preferences and click the Store tab.

For Windows computers: Choose Edit > Preferences and click the Store tab.

4. You can enable Automatic Downloads for Music, Apps, or Books under Automatic Downloads.

Thanks,

Matt M.
