Music doesn't play. Ringtone no sound. Alarm no sound. iPhone 5s

Hey everyone. Well, I got the new iPhone 5s a month ago and it's still mint condition but I am having issues with the audio. The music doesn't reproduce sound unless I have earphones in. The ringtone doesn't sound either. Nor the alarm. I do not know what to do. My volume is all the way up and I haven't dropped my phone or anything weird. HELP PLEASE.
